Deliveries are made using Flatbeds with Piggyback Forklifts for placement to most accessible areas at your location.

Box trucks with lift gates and electric pallet jacks for more precise delivery into a garage or other paved or concrete surface. 

Pellets Direct strives to exceed your delivery expectations and deliver you heating needs where you want them

All Products will be delivered on pallets with a plastic cover.

To ensure the highest quality product Premium Quality Wood Pellets & Envi Block should be stored out of the elements.

 If inside access is available (Paved or Concrete Driveways and Garages only) we can place the pallets into the desired area.
